Road Craft is a Fleet Training & Driver Education Company focusing on the skills of company vehicle drivers across the UK. Our aim is to deliver a bespoke driver education programme targeting company driver skills, reducing associated risks to employees & providing benefits for employers in both financial & time related terms.

Gordon O'Neill is the Head of Training & Driver development for Road Craft & has over 20 years experience within this industry. Trained as a Driving Standards Agency Approved Fleet Driving Instructor, Gordon also has achieved the Gold Standard in the RoSPA advanced driving test.

With many years of experience under his belt delivering in car training & classroom sessions to company car & Van drivers, local councils, SME's & Blue Chip organisations, Gordon has seen & heard most of the tales of the road & is the ideal role model to promote the message of safe driving.

Valerie is Fleet Development Executive for Road Craft & in her own right has had an accomplished career within the driver training industry.

Valerie spent over 5 Years working first with LetsDrive and following a take-over, managing the RED Driving School Instructor Training department as Training office Manager. Previously to this she very successfully coordinated the day-to-day operations for Clearway Driving School on Teesside.

Valerie has managed both internal & external UK wide teams creating efficient working procedures, & helping to secure ORDIT accreditation for both LetsDrive & RED Driving school. Her main focus has always been to deliver excellent customer service for both internal & external customers.
